Reminder Ninja (operated by Nxtern LLC, 3120 139th Ave SE STE 500, Bellevue, WA 98040) helps teams track deadlines. Members receive a Reminder Ninja email address (handle@reminder.ninja); we store messages sent to it, forward them on, and use them to extract and track due dates.
Account information — your name, email address, and the account you belong to.
Email content — the sender, subject, and body of messages sent to your Reminder Ninja address, together with the deadlines we extract from them.
Phone number — only if you choose to provide one. It is used to send you the deadline reminder text messages you asked for, and to send the one-time code that confirms the number is yours. Providing a phone number is entirely optional; the service works without one.
Usage information — basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service. We do not log message bodies, phone numbers, or verification codes in our error-reporting systems.
To operate the service: storing and forwarding your mail, extracting deadlines, showing them on your dashboard, and sending the reminder emails and text messages you have opted into. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for those purposes.
Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf — such as our messaging provider, which is required to deliver a message to your carrier — is permitted solely to deliver the service you requested.
You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning texts off in your notification settings. Replying HELP returns help information. Message and data rates may apply. See our Terms of Service for the full messaging program details.
We share information with a small number of providers strictly to operate the service: Google Cloud (hosting and database), Resend (sending and receiving email), Twilio (sending text messages and verifying phone numbers), Anthropic (extracting deadlines from message text), Firebase (sign-in), and Sentry (error reporting). Each processes data only on our instructions.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. Delete your phone number at any time from your notification settings, which removes it and the associated consent record. To delete your account and its data, contact us at the address below.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to what is needed to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Reminder Ninja is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Stop reminder emails with the unsubscribe link in any reminder. Stop reminder texts by replying STOP or turning them off in settings. Stop email forwarding with the unsubscribe link in any forwarded message. To access or delete your data, email us.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
