These terms govern your use of Reminder Ninja, operated by Nxtern LLC, 3120 139th Ave SE STE 500, Bellevue, WA 98040 (“we”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Reminder Ninja gives each member an email address at reminder.ninja. Mail sent there is stored, forwarded to the member, and read by an automated system that extracts due dates. Members and admins can then track those deadlines and receive reminders about them.
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in uses a link sent to your address. Admins may invite members and can see the deadlines of everyone in their account — do not invite someone to an account you do not administer.
Do not use the service to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk mail, to try to gain access to accounts or data that are not yours, or to interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that do.
Reminder Ninja sends a deadline reminder text message program. Enrolment is optional and is never a condition of using the service or of any purchase.
How to join. Enter your mobile number in your notification settings and confirm the one-time code we text you. By verifying, you agree to receive deadline reminder texts from Reminder Ninja at that number, and you confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of it and are at least 13 years old. We send one message confirming your subscription.
What we send. One short message each morning listing the deadlines you have coming up, with a link to view them and mark them done. Nothing is sent on a day when you have nothing due.
Message frequency. Up to one message per day. Message frequency varies with how many deadlines you are tracking.
Cost. We do not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to end them at any time. You will receive one confirmation, and no further messages. You can also turn texts off in your notification settings, or remove your number entirely. To rejoin, reply START or add your number again in settings.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or email support@reminder.ninja.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.
How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Deadlines are extracted from your mail automatically. The extraction can miss a deadline, misread a date, or invent one that is not there. Reminder Ninja is an aid, not a system of record — do not rely on it as your only source of truth for anything that matters. Always confirm important dates against the original message.
Your mail and deadlines remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service: to store, process, forward, and display that content back to you and to the admins of your account.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reminders will be delivered, delivered on time, or delivered at all — email and text delivery depend on providers and carriers outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed deadline or its consequences. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
